No worries! We offer specific services to help you create beautiful hand banners or adorable cartoon characters featuring your favorite idol or loved ones! Our artist team will do it for you, and all you have to do is send us a photo/picture and leave a message!

Of course! You can customize merchandise for anyone—whether it's a K-pop idol, a musician or singer we admire, a teacher or writer we respect. After all, aren't these people also our "idols"? Friends, families, and loved ones! They give us love, and we would want to customize cute little merch items of them. We show our attitude when carry the items with us. We give them unique customized gifts to show our appreciation.

We offer two customization choice:

[80% Customers' choice] Just Made: You need to email us the image you want to customize. We will help make small adjustments (for example, adjust the cutting lines for printing, remove any excess borders, adding text, borders, and other simple decorative elements) to the image/design to ensure it can be turned into a finished product. We provide printing and production services, which typically results in lower prices and shorter production times.

Fan Art: Step 1 - You need to upload the photos/images you want to customize.

Step 2 - Choose specific services (designing, drawing or both).

Step 3 - Our artists will reference the images you provide to create paintings (usually used to turn portrait photos into cartoon images) or design services (usually for banner designs).

Step 4 - Leave additional messages for the artists (if you have any).

Step 5 - We will create a draft based on your order requirements and send it to your email. If you're not satisfied with the sketch, a refund is available.

Step 6 - If revisions are needed, we could communicate via email; each design has two revision opportunities.

*Please check and reply the email within 3 days, otherwise we will assume you are satisfied with the design and proceed with production, in which case you can't get a return or refund.

Step 7 - Once the final version is confirmed, we will place the order for production. Since this is custom artwork, after two revisions, production will commence regardless of your confirmation.

Painting creation services and design services are charged separately, and both services can be selected simultaneously (for example, when you want to have a cartoon character of your idol and then would like to design a banner of the character).

The painting and design services will be done by our artist team. They are all graduate of fine arts or design schools and have been K-pop fans for many years. Their art and designs are full of love for idols, and they definitely have great taste in fan art.
