Service Process:
- Place an order and complete payment.
- Email your design requirements and select a drawing style (we provide some common examples of design styles in the product images).
- Please confirm the sketch within 3 days. If you're not satisfied with the sketch, a refund is available.
- Line art creation and finalizing the sketch.
- Coloring, rendering, and adjustments.
- Final confirmation and approval.
- Receive the source files via email.
The drawing process will take 7-15 days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Since this is a custom art service, we offer a refund if you don't like the initial sketch. The sketch is not the final artwork. You need to confirm within three days whether you agree to proceed with the sketch. If you are satisfied with the sketch, we will proceed with a detailed illustration. If we do not receive your confirmation email and cannot get in touch with you, a refund will be automatically issued. The final artwork has two revision opportunities. Out of respect for the artist’s work, no refunds will be accepted once the sketch is confirmed.
