- Please confirm the draft within 3 days. If you're not satisfied with the draft, a refund is available.
- First revision.(if necessary)
- Second revision.(if necessary)
- Coloring, rendering, and adjustments.
- Final confirmation and approval.
- Receive the files via email.
The design process will take 7-15 days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Since this is a custom art service, we offer a refund if you don't like the initial draft. The draft is not the final artwork. You need to confirm within three days whether you agree to proceed with the draft. If you are satisfied with the draft, we will proceed with a detailed illustration. If we do not receive your confirmation email of the draft and cannot get in touch with you, a refund will be automatically issued. The final artwork has two revision opportunities. Out of respect for the designer's work, no refunds will be accepted once the draft is confirmed.
